2. Order Processing & Production Time
Each order is custom-made by hand. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
Typical waiting time: 3 days to 2 weeks. For bigger projects the production time will vary depending on the hardware, leather choice, and if the leather needs to be ordered from Italy for a specific project.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship both nationally (within Ireland) and internationally (few exceptions apply).
We have two options available: Standard Postage (no tracking / no signature), and Registered Postage (tracking provided - more secure).
Carriers: Orders are shipped via An Post Ireland, and in some cases DHL, depending on the best available rate and safest option.
Delivery timeframes (estimated):
National (Ireland): 1–3 business days
International: 1–2 weeks (depending on destination and postal services)
